What Youll Be Doing:
Lead day-to-day operations for senior leadership including calendars communications and travel logistics for two International Directors
Plan coordinate and streamline national team processes meetings reporting cycles and business initiatives
Produce and refine client-ready collateral including presentations submissions and legal documentation
Partner with creative finance and marketing teams to deliver seamless client campaigns and events
Take ownership of budget management expense reconciliation and complex fee forecasting
Oversee select HR tasks national documentation and internal communications to ensure consistency and compliance
Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across Australia and internationally
About You:
Minimum 5 years in an Operations Manager or senior executive support role ideally in a corporate or professional services environment
Confident communicator with sharp business acumen
Highly organised agile and detail-focusedable to manage multiple priorities
Experienced in financial reporting stakeholder engagement and document production
Discreet polished and thrives under pressure
