The Payroll Coordinator duties will include but are not limited to: accurately processing weekly payroll and all related tasks. Maintaining employee records month end reporting assisting in quarterly and annual reconciliations of 941 940 SUTA and W2s and assisting in basic HR functions such as hiring/onboarding event planning open enrollment and administration of various teammate benefit programs. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing and tracking FMLA and AAP requirements. This position will demonstrate a high level of customer service and confidentiality while proactively communicating and completing follow-through with our teammates and customers.

3 years payroll processing experience required
Cannot have relatives working for Skyline Steel LLC
3 years Human Resources Generalist background
Associates or Bachelors Degree in Business HR or related field
Strong Customer Service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel functions such as Pivot tables and Vlookup
Strong math and analytical skills
Strong understanding and knowledge of payroll deductions such as taxable status
Experience using both HRIS (inhouse) and ATS systems (Workforce Success Factors NovaTime Kronos etc.)
Multi-state payroll tax experience
PHR or SHRM-CP Certification
