Job Description
The Director of Womens Health and Childrens will play a key leadership role in strategy/visioning directing and day-to-day operations of the departments activities and resources to achieve departmental and organizational objectives & goals. Additionally will lead in execution of development & sustaining physician relationships program development/access patient and referral source satisfaction and budget preparation/profitability. The Director of Womens Health and Childrens will integrate with the organizations operations participate in performance improvement activities and ensure professional and regulatory compliance is achieved in all areas of responsibility. Responsible & available within respective area for the total number of hours that the unit is operational. Additionally this position is part of the greater nursing division leadership team and will need to be an active member of that team and work toward the success of respective department as well as the greater organization.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Masters Degree in Nursing Business or Healthcare Administration
- 3 years of experience in nursing management/ leadership experience in specialty and/or respective area
