The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company is seeking a Senior Workforce Specialist to join the Strategic Workforce Planning and Intelligence team! This position can be based in North Charleston SC; Berkeley MO; Everett WA; Renton WA; Auburn WA; Long Beach CA; Huntington Beach CA or Mesa AZ.
This role will be a part of the team responsible for global process ownership (GPO) of our processes leading the design implementation and continuous improvement of workforce management processes across the enterprise. This specialist will ensure that workforce processes are efficient effective and aligned with the companys strategic goals. The GPO will collaborate with various stakeholders to drive best practices and standardization.
Position Responsibilities:
Define and own the end-to-end workforce processes such as reduction in force exit management offboarding and employee movement
Establish and maintain process documentation including process maps standard operating procedures and guidelines
Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Utilize data analytics to monitor process performance and make data-driven decisions
Collaborate with Human Resources (HR) operations and business leaders to ensure alignment of workforce processes with business objectives
Act as a liaison between global teams to share best practices and drive standardization
Lead change management efforts related to workforce processes ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in.
Provide training and support teams on new processes and tools
Ensure that workforce processes comply with legal and regulatory requirements across different regions
Establish governance frameworks to monitor adherence to processes and standards
Work with Information Technology (IT) and HR technology teams to implement and optimize workforce management systems and tools
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies that can enhance workforce processes
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5 years of experience in workforce planning or HR management
Experience executing enterprise cross-functional initiatives
Experience using strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and workforce metrics
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience with workforce planning frameworks software and tools
Experience using excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
