Play a critical role in helping our vehicle maintenance department at our Rochester location!

Summary: Assists Vehicle Maintenance Department
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Daily vehicle maintenance and safety inspections. Logging all vehicle inspections & repairs purchasing parts and safety equipment. Helping with snow removal in winter months.
Minimum Qualifications:
To perform the job successfully an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
- Documented 1 year freedom from chemical use problems
- Possession of a valid drivers license and a clean driving record that will be accepted by this organizations vehicle insurance carrier.
- Ability to successfully complete background check process.
- Ability to assist in mechanical repair of vehicles and have basic mechanical skills
- Very well organized.
Physical Demands:
- Able to stand on feet for the majority of an 8 hour shift.
- Able to climb up and down three flights of stairs and/or climb ladders several times during a regular shift.
- Able to walk stand stoop and/or bend during the majority of a regular shift.
- Able to lift and carry 50lbs.
- Good hand/eye coordination.
- Must be willing to work in all weather conditions.
Educational/Experience:
- Automotive mechanic certification or 2 years of related work experience

Compensation range: $23 to $27 per hour DOQ
