Join our Allied Health Services Team as a receptionist and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care and service to our clients. As the first point of contact youll work closely with our Wellness Team ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations at the Reception Desk.
In this role youll be responsible for managing all transactions including accurate EFTPOS procedures handling program and membership inquiries and addressing customer concerns with professionalism and empathy. Your ability to provide fast friendly and focused service will be key in creating a positive experience for our clients.
We are currently offering one 23 hour/ week Permanant Part Time position in our Allied Health Reception Team with the following days/hours:

Commencing salary: $30.00 / per hour plus 11.5% Superannuation.
This position has been identified as a Child-Related position under Child Protection laws in NSW. To be eligible to apply you are required to provide Council with a valid Working with Children Check Number.
You will be required to undertake employment checks which may include a Criminal History Check Qualification Check Working with Children Check Medical Declaration and/or a Functional Test as relevant to the position for which you have applied. Where a Criminal History Check is required and has returned a result that indicates disclosable court outcomes you will be required to provide a copy of the report to Penrith City Council for review in order to progress through the recruitment process.
