You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for a Senior Analytics and Insights Analyst to uplift the enterprise data and analytics capability.
The position will report to the Analytics Lead and be part of the Service Streams Analytics & Insights function. The role is critical to improving analytical capabilities at Service Stream by implementing the latest features and technologies to drive rich and comprehensive analysis.
You will join a high-performing welcoming team based at our modern Head Office which offers a vibrant environment featuring a balcony BBQ area collaborative and quiet spaces and plenty of natural light.
About the role
Your key responsibilities will include:
Build develop and maintain dashboards including data models and performance metrics that provide valuable insights and supports key business decisions.
Implement advanced Microsoft Fabric capabilities including lakehouses warehouses pipelines and other features.
Transform data and analysis into actionable insights for business stakeholders.
Support analytics initiatives and offer ad-hoc analytics assistance to stakeholders.
Work and build relationships with a range of cross-functional stakeholders in Operations Finance Business.
Support the agile delivery process within the function.
Provide insights to propel the business forward in areas including performance management process improvement and innovation.
About you
Our ideal candidate will have:
4-5 years of experience in an analytics role delivering data-driven solutions in a complex organisation.
Proven track record of using a data platform such as Microsoft Fabric or similar.
Hands-on experience with cloud data platformssuch as AWS or Azure.
Hands-on experience working with and optimising large datasets and models.
Advanced SQL proficiency.
Python and automation experience would be a bonus.
Industry experience in facilities management property management or government contracts would be a bonus.
Ability to work across multiple business teams.
Ability to work across a complex analytics project in a complex environment.
Bachelors degree in commerce IT mathematics or engineering.
Passionate about building analytics solutions.
Must be a strong advocate for how data and insights can improve business decisions.
