Motion Graphic Designer (Fixed-Term Contract)

Were looking for the best people to join us on our journey. Right now Viaplay Group Sport are searching for aMotion Graphic Designerto join our cutting-edge creative Look & Feel Team. The Look & Feel team consists of a group of passionate creative professionals who pride themselves on delivering high quality sports graphics and visual assets for over 50.000 hours of live sport every year.

This position is a fixed-term contract for one year (with the possibility of extension) based at our headquarters in Stockholm or Copenhagen.

The role

Our Motion Graphic Designers are an integral part of every stage of the creative Look & Feel process collaborating with our team of visual directors and editorial sport teams on a wide range of projects. From launching a new graphics package for one of our multinational sports rights and creating title sequences to telling a local story with motion graphics.

What will you do

• Use illustrative sound visual and multimedia effects to tell stories.
• Be able to prioritize workload and respond well under pressure.
• Develop stunning graphic assets for our world class sports broadcasts.
• Work independently or as part of a large team depending on the project.
• Brainstorm and pitch ideas to our visual directors and editorial team.
• Receive a creative brief and deliver stunning results under tight deadlines

What were looking for

We are after a designer who understands the look feel and physics of motion. A designer who can execute projects from the initial idea all the way to final production. This is a fantastic role for someone looking to work for a fast paced successful and expanding international organization working with world class sports. In order to thrive in this role we do believe youll have at least some experience in the following:

• Degree level or equivalent experience in Design Motion and Animation.
• Advanced user of Photoshop/After Effects/plugins/CS.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator Premiere Pro & Cinema 4D preferred but not required
• Have exceptional design animation and typographical skills.
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluent in English. Fluency or proficiency in Danish or Swedish is a major plus but not necessary if you are the right candidate.

• Have previous industry experience as a motion designer

• You consider design problems as opportunities to finding solutions
