Si ricerca per azienda del settore commerciale una figura di addetto/a al call center da inserire allinterno dellufficio.
Responsabilit:
gestire le richieste dei clienti
contattare i clienti che hanno fatto una richiesta per il contatto
offrire soluzioni e supportare il cliente.
Si richiede:
diploma di scuola superiore o qualifica
orientamento al cliente
gestione dello stress
forte orientamento al cliente
ottime doti comunicative e motivazione.
Offerta e benefit:
