Requirements:
- 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Analytics Cloud Planning
- 5 years of experience in SAP Analytics Cloud reporting/dashboarding
- Strong understanding of planning processes particularly in resource and capacity planning contexts
- Experience in integrating SAC with SAP ECC/S4/BW4 and flatfiles
- Demonstrated experience migrating Excel-based planning tools to SAC or similar planning platforms
Ability to design complex planning models data actions allocations and versioning scenarios - Excellent communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong documentation and training delivery skills. - Fluency in Dutch or French and English
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design development and implementation of SAC Planning models to replace the current Excel-based RCS tool. Supervise other consultants working on SAC Planning & steer the direction of the implementation
Conduct requirements gathering sessions with key business stakeholders (e.g. project managers resource planners finance).
Translate business requirements into efficient SAC planning models data actions and calculations.
Integrate SAC Planning with relevant data sources (e.g. SAP ERP and flatfile exports).
Develop planning templates input forms dashboards and reports to enable dynamic resource and
capacity planning.
Ensure data accuracy performance optimization and user-friendly interfaces.
Provide training documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
Advise on best practices and governance related to SAC Planning.
