We are actively seeking Construction Mechanical Drafter to join our team. This role involves preparing detailed mechanical layout and fabrication drawings using Revit MEP Navisworks and AutoCAD to support construction projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with project teams and field personnel to ensure accurate coordinated mechanical designs.
Responsibilities:-
Create 3D construction layout and shop drawings for mechanical systems using Revit MEP.

Review contract documents amendments and change orders to identify scope changes.

Prepare review and track submittals and RFIs for contract compliance.

Conduct site visits to verify measurements equipment placement and field conditions.

Attend coordination meetings; develop clash-free Revit and Navisworks coordination models.

Collaborate with project managers field supervisors and trades teams to optimize installation efficiency.

Generate Bills of Materials to assist purchasing and budget planning.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Minimum 2 years drafting experience in mechanical construction or piping/steamfitting trades.

Proficient in Revit MEP Navisworks and AutoCAD for 3D coordination and drafting.

Solid mechanical engineering background with knowledge of MEP coordination.

Detail-oriented with strong time management and problem-solving abilities.

Effective communication skills both written and verbal.

Ability to multitask in a dynamic work environment.

Reliable transportation for travel to job sites.

Field experience as a Steamfitter or Mechanical Installer is an advantage.
