Full-Time / Direct hire
Seeking a motivated Civil Engineer with 3 5 years of experience to support site development projects in Tampa FL. Responsibilities include independent design work involving site layout grading drainage stormwater management and utility infrastructure.
Responsibilities-
Prepare plans and perform calculations for grading drainage utilities and stormwater systems.

Assist with permitting and coordinate with local/state agencies.

Support construction administration: drawing reviews RFIs and site inspections (15% travel).

Conduct fieldwork for evaluations and construction observations.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality accurate deliverables.

Bachelors in Civil Engineering or Applied Science (ABET-accredited).

3 5 years of relevant experience.

Proficient in AutoCAD Revit (or 3D modeling) MS Office Adobe Suite and Google Workspace.

Strong understanding of Florida site development grading utilities and stormwater design.

Excellent communication organization and problem-solving skills.

Technical aptitude in land development and infrastructure design
