Position Overview:
Looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead construction projects ensuring timely delivery budget adherence and high-quality outcomes. The ideal candidate excels in leadership risk assessment client relations and data management.
Responsibilities:
- Create update and manage project schedules and plans
- Oversee project budgets timelines and documentation
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Respond to changing needs of clients and teams
- Track financials and job costs using Excel
- Foster strong client relationships and resolve outstanding invoices
- Communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders to support ongoing and future projects
- Coordinate daily with clients and internal teams
- Prioritize workload and maintain precise data records
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or Construction Management (preferred)
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel Word Outlook) Adobe Acrobat and Primavera
- 5 7 years experience in electric utilities construction; 2 4 years in project management
- Solid understanding of revenue models P&L and construction cost forecasting
- Highly organized detail-oriented and results-focused with strong analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
