Location: Hampshire / South East (commutable area)
Salary: 30000 basic 60000 OTE
Hours: Monday to Friday every other Saturday
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a hands-on Sales Manager to join a leading independent Estate Agent operating across the Hampshire region. This is a rare chance for an experienced individual to take ownership of a branch drive performance and lead by example in all areas of residential sales.
We are seeking a proactive Sales Manager who enjoys being on the front line actively listing properties carrying out valuations winning new business and managing a successful team. This role combines both leadership and personal sales responsibilities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Conduct property valuations and secure new listings through winning instructions
Personally manage a pipeline of listings and drive sales performance
Lead and develop the team as an experienced Sales Manager providing coaching and support
Build strong client relationships delivering exceptional customer service throughout the process
Proactively generate new business opportunities through networking canvassing and prospecting
Oversee daily branch operations to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
Monitor key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement
Proven track record as a Sales Manager or senior negotiator within an Estate Agent
Strong ability to win new listings and confidently carry out accurate property valuations
Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team
Driven ambitious and target-oriented with a proactive business development approach
Excellent negotiation communication and interpersonal skills
Full UK driving licence and good knowledge of the Hampshire/South East property market
30000 basic salary with realistic 60000 OTE
