Job Description
Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent (required)
- Experience in industrial maintenance in the areas of electronics electrical mechanical hydraulics pneumatics PLCs and AC inverters (required)
- Experience using Allen-Bradley Logix 5 500 and 5000 software (required)
Responsibilities:
- Committed to working in a safe manner; maintaining clean & safe work areas and following all safety procedures.
- Complies with all pollution toxic waste and safety regulations and laws.
- Provide support preventive maintenance and service to all electrical hydraulic pneumatic and thermal/mechanical systems and equipment used in amorphous metal production
- Repairs and maintain electrical electronic and various electrical power systems; including digital and analog circuitry inverters alternating current (AC) and direct current (DC) drive systems PLC systems lasers hydraulic pneumatic and power distribution systems
- Repairs and maintains various mechanical systems including cranes balers casting winding & packaging machines.
- Maintain troubleshooting guides and assist with failure analysis. Assist with writing work instructions and procedures.
- Utilize CMMS System to schedule work and complete predictive and proactive maintenance.
- Operate welding cutting and burning equipment as needed
- Serve as a member of the emergency response team
