Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with nursing and allied health staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records in compliance with regulations.
- Educate patients and their families about health management and prevention strategies.

- Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and safety standards.
- Monitor and follow up on patient progress and response to treatment.
- Assist in procedural tasks as necessary such as minor surgeries or diagnostics.

Required Qualifications
- Medical degree (MBBS) from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical license to practice as a physician.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting preferably in outpatient care.
- Strong knowledge of common outpatient conditions and treatments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in electronic medical records and healthcare software.
- Demonstrates empathy and a patient-centered approach to care.
- Strong problem-solving skills and critical-thinking abilities.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and education.
