We are committed to helping each child reach their full potential in a supportive and nurturing Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Work directly with children in one-on-one and group settings to promote skill development and behavior improvement. Collect and record data on child progress and communicate findings to the supervising BCBA. Collaborate with parents caregivers and other team members to ensure consistency in implementing therapy techniques. Maintain a clean and organized therapy environment conducive to learning and High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree in Psychology Education or related field preferred). Previous experience working with children especially those with developmental disabilities is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. A proactive and enthusiastic approach to helping children learn and grow. Willingness to learn and apply ABA techniques and principles.
