Position Overview:
We re seeking driven entrepreneurial sales professionals to join our commission-only team. In this role you ll identify engage and secure new business clients that need staffing recruiting or outplacement services. Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and target new business opportunities within the Midwest region (emphasis on Williston ND and surrounding areas).
Conduct outbound sales activities: cold calling emailing networking and attending local events.
Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers at local companies in Oil & Gas IT and Healthcare.
Present and promote Bakken Staffing s recruitment and outplacement solutions tailoring pitches to client needs.
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting needs analysis proposal development negotiation and closing.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM/ATS (training provided).
Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B sales; staffing/recruitment industry experience is a plus but not required.
Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated disciplined and comfortable working remotely or independently.
Familiarity with the Midwest business landscape is highly desirable.
Ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a commission-only environment.
Tech-savvy; able to quickly learn CRM/ATS tools and virtual meeting platforms.
