About the Role
We are seeking detail-oriented and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Virtual Travel Agents. In this role you ll assist clients in planning and booking unforgettable travel experiences from flights and accommodations to tours and transportation all from the comfort of your home. This is a fully remote opportunity offering flexible hours and the chance to work in a fast-growing exciting industry.
Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences budgets and goals
Research and recommend travel options including destinations accommodations transportation and activities
Handle bookings confirmations and itinerary management
Provide timely and professional customer service via phone email and online platforms
Stay current on travel advisories visa requirements and destination trends
Maintain accurate client records and manage travel documentation
Qualifications
Strong interest in travel tourism and hospitality
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with online research and booking tools
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple requests
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Prior experience in customer service sales or travel planning is a plus but not required
