Job Description
As a Senior IBM Integration Designer / BPM Developer you will:
- Design develop and deploy robust process-centric and integration-centric solutions using IBM Integration Designer (IID) and IBM BPM/BAW.
- Lead the implementation of Business Process Definitions (BPDs) Human Services Coaches Advanced Integration Services and Business Rules.
- Build and manage integrations using SOAP/REST web services IBM MQ JDBC and various system adapters.
- Collaborate closely with solution architects product owners business analysts QA and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality scalable solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning estimation and retrospectives.
- Review code ensure adherence to development standards and perform performance tuning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development testing and production environments.
- Mentor junior developers and actively contribute to team knowledge-sharing.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 8 years of hands-on experience with IBM Integration Designer (IID) and a strong grasp of IBM BPM/BAW.
- Deep understanding of SOA EAI and service-driven architectures.
- Proficiency in Java/J2EE XML XSLT XPath and SQL.
- Experience working with IBM WebSphere Process Server and Application Server.
- Strong familiarity with SOAP/REST APIs IBM MQ and integration adapters.
- Competency with version control systems (e.g. Git SVN) and CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins UrbanCode Maven).
- Agile/Scrum project experience with active participation in all sprint activities.
- Excellent communication analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
You should possess the ability to:
- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable maintainable technical solutions.
- Lead complex BPM and integration projects from design through deployment.
- Collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Provide technical leadership through code reviews mentoring and design discussions.
- Manage deliverables in a fast-paced Agile development environment with minimal supervision.
