Job Description

As a Senior IBM Integration Designer / BPM Developer you will:
  • Design develop and deploy robust process-centric and integration-centric solutions using IBM Integration Designer (IID) and IBM BPM/BAW.
  • Lead the implementation of Business Process Definitions (BPDs) Human Services Coaches Advanced Integration Services and Business Rules.
  • Build and manage integrations using SOAP/REST web services IBM MQ JDBC and various system adapters.
  • Collaborate closely with solution architects product owners business analysts QA and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality scalable solutions.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning estimation and retrospectives.
  • Review code ensure adherence to development standards and perform performance tuning.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development testing and production environments.
  • Mentor junior developers and actively contribute to team knowledge-sharing.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • 8 years of hands-on experience with IBM Integration Designer (IID) and a strong grasp of IBM BPM/BAW.
  • Deep understanding of SOA EAI and service-driven architectures.
  • Proficiency in Java/J2EE XML XSLT XPath and SQL.
  • Experience working with IBM WebSphere Process Server and Application Server.
  • Strong familiarity with SOAP/REST APIs IBM MQ and integration adapters.
  • Competency with version control systems (e.g. Git SVN) and CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins UrbanCode Maven).
  • Agile/Scrum project experience with active participation in all sprint activities.
  • Excellent communication analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
You should possess the ability to:
  • Translate business and functional requirements into scalable maintainable technical solutions.
  • Lead complex BPM and integration projects from design through deployment.
  • Collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Provide technical leadership through code reviews mentoring and design discussions.
  • Manage deliverables in a fast-paced Agile development environment with minimal supervision.
