As a Senior CyberArk Engineer L3 Support you will:
- Manage and maintain CyberArk Core Privileged Access Security (PAS) infrastructure including components such as PVWA PSM CPM and PSMP.
- Perform version upgrades and patch management of CyberArk components.
- Handle onboarding of privileged accounts across various platforms including Windows Linux and databases (Oracle Sybase MSSQL MySQL).
- Manage safe administration password policies and session management processes.
- Support application and service account onboarding using CyberArk s best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve L3-level issues related to CyberArk infrastructure and integrations.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 8 10 years of proven hands-on experience with CyberArk Core PAS.
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience with CyberArk components: PVWA PSM CPM PSMP.
- Strong understanding of CyberArk onboarding procedures for both user and application/service accounts.
- Experience managing privileged account security safe administration and session monitoring.
- Familiarity with enterprise databases: Oracle Sybase MSSQL and MySQL.
