Job Description

As a Network Support Engineer you ll be the go-to expert for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues for global customers. You ll become a trusted advisor collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure customers experience the best our cloud-native security solutions have to offer.

Job Overview

Employment type: Full-Time
Shift: 08:00 AM 05:00 PM (5 working days per week between Monday to Saturday)
Work setup: Permanent Work From Home

Your Daily Tasks
  • Provide technical support to customers around the world
  • Own and manage customer issues through to resolution
  • Research diagnose troubleshoot and identify solutions with a positive can-do attitude
  • Serve as a focal point for customer needs and act as a trusted advisor by understanding their business and aligning solutions
  • Advocate for customers internally while collaborating with product management engineering sales and finance teams
  • Track and monitor customer status to identify areas of concern and growth opportunities
  • Contribute to building and expanding the company s Global Support Services

Requirements

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Demonstrate strong computer skills especially in Networking TCP/IP Firewalls and proxy servers
  • Hold a CCNA Certification or possess equivalent knowledge
  • Understand VPNs IPSEC security protocols and standards
  • Display strong troubleshooting skills and enthusiasm for solving real-world problems
  • Communicate effectively in English both oral and written
  • Adapt and work efficiently in a dynamic environment
  • Manage multiple tasks and collaborate with cross-cultural globally dispersed teams
  • Contribute as a reliable team player
  • Commit to working at least 5 shifts per week including weekends and holidays
  • Advantageous: Gain experience with Cloud or SaaS technology providers
  • Advantageous: Hold previous experience as a Tier 1 Support Engineer in security companies
