We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Representative to help expand our client base and support our growth goals. The ideal candidate is passionate about building relationships identifying new opportunities and driving business success through strategic outreach and collaboration.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research networking and outbound communication
Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding business needs and offering tailored solutions
Conduct sales presentations product demos and proposal negotiations
Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to align strategies and optimize lead generation
Track and report on key sales metrics and pipeline activity using CRM software
Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and explore potential partnerships
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field preferred
1-3 years of experience in business development sales or client-facing roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
