Job Description
We are urgently seeking a skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our Clients team in Brussels. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing business requirements designing innovative solutions and ensuring the successful delivery of enterprise projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and support solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and advanced Excel (including macros/automation).
- Create and maintain robust database queries and designs (SQL).
- Present and demonstrate solutions to end users; provide user training as needed.
- Prepare professional presentations using PowerPoint videos and other presentation tools.
- Utilize analysis and modeling tools (e.g. use case diagrams state diagrams ER models interaction diagrams).
- Apply Agile methodologies and support Scrum project management.
- Collaborate in multinational multilingual environments; adapt to evolving requirements.
- Employ high quality standards in all project tasks.
Qualifications :
- Completed Master or Bachelor Degree is a must.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Minimum 6 years experience with Microsoft PowerApps.
- Minimum 5 years experience with Microsoft Excel (advanced level including macros/automation).
- Minimum 5 years experience with wikis and collaborative platforms (e.g. SharePoint Online).
- Solid knowledge of SQL for database design and querying.
- Familiarity with UML BPM ARIS Visio and JIRA.
- Proficiency with presentation tools and collaborative web environments.
- Experience presenting and demoing IT solutions and providing end-user training.
- Strong communication skills and ability to participate in multilingual team settings.
- Knowledge of analysis and modeling methodologies and tools.
