Ingram Content Group (ICG) hiring a Human Resources Manager to join our team in Chambersburg PA. In this role you will partner with the HR Business Partner (HRBP) and site leadership to develop and promote new programs and initiatives to align with operations business goals and strategy. You will oversee and facilitate the implementation and delivery of a broad-range of end-to-end HR services to internal and external clients. You will provide guidance and consultation on the daily operation of programs policies and procedures administered by the site HR department.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or directly related year for year experience
- 4 years HR Generalist experience
Preferred Skills:
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification (or equivalent HR credential).
- Proven track record of success in implementing HR practices in high-volume fast-paced environments preferably in distribution or manufacturing or industry with similar hourly workforce
- Experience partnering with senior leadership to provide valuable insights and drive HR initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to manage associate relations with professionalism and discretion including conducting thorough workplace investigations resolving conflicts and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- In-depth knowledge of federal/state regulations to include EEO FLSA ADA FMLA and AAP
Key Responsibilities:
- Partners with the HRBP and site leadership to analyze trends research and forecast operations long-term HR needs.
- Manages the delivery of numerous HR services covering all aspects of the employee lifecycle such as: employment administration associate relations and investigations workers compensation leave administration training and associate engagement programs.
- Oversees and responds to HR issues and requests.
- Lead the response to complex and escalated associate concerns ensuring timely and thorough investigations and resolutions.
- Drives associate feedback and engagement efforts including facilitating surveys roundtables and retention-focused follow-up actions.
- Ensures organizational legal compliance with regulatory local state and federal requirements and maintains appropriate files.
- Partners with the HRBP and site leadership and advises as needed on departmental organization associate development and strategic planning.
- Performs as facilitator / administrator for compensation programs benefit programs safety programs and training / development programs.
- Align site HR objectives with the business to achieve desired business results.
- Foster a culture of mutual trust respect and engagement.
- Provide recommendations to leadership in the areas of talent management employee relations change management performance management safety wellness and other people initiatives.
Hiring Salary Range: $87390k - $110808k. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to: the applicants education experience knowledge skills and abilities geographic location as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
