Job Description
Are you passionate about driving change and delivering value through effective project governance Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented PMO Analyst to join our Group Functions Division on a 12-Month Fixed-term basis This role offers the opportunity to work at the heart of a largescale Group Technology transformation supporting strategic decision-making and continuous improvement across our business.
What youll be doing:
- Supporting the PMO Leadership Team with governance controls and process development
- Collaborating with embedded PMOs to ensure consistent application of project management standards
- Producing and reviewing monthly reporting packs for senior stakeholders
- Analysing financial data and supporting budget planning and forecasting
- Coordinating resource supply and demand to optimise utilisation
- Performing data quality checks and identifying opportunities for automation
- Leading process improvement initiatives and mentoring junior analysts
- Implementing governance and reporting aligned with Consumer Duty requirements
Qualifications :
Who were looking for:
- Demonstrating experience in a central PMO environment
- Applying knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile and Waterfall
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Using Microsoft Office tools confidently especially Excel PowerPoint and MS Project
- Understanding financial data and its impact on project viability
- Identifying and implementing process improvements
- Collaborating across teams with strong interpersonal skills
- Holding or working towards a P3O or equivalent qualification (preferred but not essential)
