Job Description

Are you passionate about driving change and delivering value through effective project governance Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented PMO Analyst to join our Group Functions Division on a 12-Month Fixed-term basis This role offers the opportunity to work at the heart of a largescale Group Technology transformation supporting strategic decision-making and continuous improvement across our business.

What youll be doing:

  • Supporting the PMO Leadership Team with governance controls and process development
  • Collaborating with embedded PMOs to ensure consistent application of project management standards
  • Producing and reviewing monthly reporting packs for senior stakeholders
  • Analysing financial data and supporting budget planning and forecasting
  • Coordinating resource supply and demand to optimise utilisation
  • Performing data quality checks and identifying opportunities for automation
  • Leading process improvement initiatives and mentoring junior analysts
  • Implementing governance and reporting aligned with Consumer Duty requirements

 


Qualifications :

Who were looking for:

  • Demonstrating experience in a central PMO environment
  • Applying knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile and Waterfall
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Using Microsoft Office tools confidently especially Excel PowerPoint and MS Project
  • Understanding financial data and its impact on project viability
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements
  • Collaborating across teams with strong interpersonal skills
  • Holding or working towards a P3O or equivalent qualification (preferred but not essential)
