This exciting opportunity will see you champion all things related to the customer online journey and contribute to the NRMAs broader Digital strategy delivering first-class digital experiences through effective content production and user experience enhancement.
You will be responsible for improving the performance of the NRMAs digital assets including website app and online marketing campaigns. You will leverage your digital experience CMS expertise and analytics prowess to identify breakpoints in our digital customer experience and drive solutions to increase conversion and deliver a better digital customer experience for our members.
