Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly analytical and proficient Business Analyst with experience working with HR application such as CoreHR to join our team. This role will require the candidate to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions ensuring that business requirements are accurately translated into functional specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes data analysis and modern technology stacks.

Responsibilities
- End to end project involvement from leading on workshops through to design and delivery phases.
- Perform root cause analysis of problems and work closely with business users in order to identify and translate their needs into solution designs and systems specifications.
- Produce detailed Business Requirement Specification Documents
- Stakeholder management across all levels from c-suite through to on-the-ground developers both internally and with the clients
- Benefits mapping and tracking of approved products
- As Is and To Be process mapping
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
