What is iTeach Mitra
The iTeach Mitra is a team of 17 student leaders from iTeach and non-iTeach schools representing the 2000 student alumni across all iTeach Schools!
iTeach Mitra is a bridge between our student alumni and the college-to-career team; their major role is to ensure our students alumni engage in the programs catered to in the college-to-career world.

Responsibilities of iTeach Mitra
- Student Guide - iTeach Mitra guides our students alums providing them with one-on-one guidance and supporting them in handling challenges they encounter in college life; this may include guidance for academics financial management and other social challenges.
- Student outreach - The iTeach Mitra will be responsible for ensuring that students under their guidance attend and get maximum benefit from the programs organized by iTeach. This will involve conducting one-on-one calls making home visits and employing other engagement strategies as needed.
- Data Collection - The iTeach Mitra will be working with a group of students. S/he will be responsible for collecting the essential student data and tracking it in a systematic manner.
- Program Execution - The iTeach Mitra will execute the programs ensuring the community of support among the students. Programs include iLead Industrial Field Visits Sports Tournaments Sharing Circles etc.
- Stakeholder Management iTeach Mitra will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders such as parents college staff and different teams in the College-to-Career program.
- Home Vists & Community visits: iTeach Mitra will conduct community visits & home visits and engage with parents & students in the community to ensure student participation address concerns and strengthen relationships.
- Annual Alumni Fest - The iTeach Mitra will be responsible for executing a reunion for all students once a year.

Commitment - 1st May 2025 to 31st May 2026 (13 months)
Time- Daily 4.5 hours 6 Days a week.
