We are seeking Full-Time Senior Lounge Runner to join our team and provide efficient friendly and professional service to all of our lounge guests. All of our roles are focused on exciting our guests with flair and enthusiasm and demonstrating a genuine passion for customer service.
Essential duties of this role include but are not limited to the following:
- Lead and motivate the team including servers bartenders and support staff to deliver excellent customer service. This involves training scheduling and ensuring everyone follows standard operating procedures.
- Ensure guests have an outstanding experience by responding to their needs handling complaints efficiently and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Ensure the team follows health safety and sanitation regulations. This may also include responsible service of alcohol regulations depending on the region.
- Ensure accuracy whilst ordering and delivering food and beverage orders.
- Clear and reset tables and ensure service areas are clean and tidy.
- Maintain hygiene standards for food handling and presentation in line with expected outcomes.
- Explain the menu to guests assisting those with special dietary needs or preferences and providing timely assistance when recommending beverages.
- Prior experience in the food and beverage industry would be benecial.
- Promote a safe workplace by recognising hazards and promoting general WHS practices.

- Clear communication with team members and management as well as effective problem-solving skills when issues arise.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certification.
- Confidence in liaising with various internal and external clients.
- A high standard of grooming and personal presentation.
- The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts including early mornings late evenings and weekends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- A positive team player and guest-centric mindset.
