Job Title: Field Service Engineer - (CT) Location: New York City USA Job Overview: The Field Service Engineer (CT) will be responsible for servicing Toshiba/Canon CT equipment performing repairs maintenance installations and de-installation at various customer sites throughout New York City. This role demands a commitment to providing excellent customer service while ensuring the operational effectiveness of medical imaging equipment. Key Responsibilities: Travel to customer locations to conduct troubleshooting repairs maintenance installations and de-installations of Toshiba/Canon CT equipment. Provide outstanding customer service and support ensuring customer satisfaction. Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on medical imaging equipment with an emphasis on CT technology. Act proactively in maintaining equipment to prevent failure and to optimize performance. Document service activities and communicate effectively with the customer and internal teams. Be available for on-call responsibilities as needed ensuring rapid response to service requests. Essential Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in servicing medical imaging equipment specifically Toshiba/Canon CT equipment. Experience with MR or PET-CT systems is a plus. Valid US drivers license required. Strong problem-solving skills and a systematic approach to troubleshooting. Desired Experience: A proven track record of job stability with no gaps in employment. Familiarity with the medical imaging industry and field service engineering practices.
