Job Description
As a Senior CADD Designer you will work on multidisciplinary projects related to energy infrastructure design and construction using a variety of Civil 3D plans maps and bills of materials. This position is available in the Pittsburgh PA or Bridgeport WV offices with an opportunity to work a hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize Civil 3D including alignments profiles and grading features to produce engineered construction plans and sheet set ups.
- Analyze data in order to determine the precision and accuracy of the information received.
- Provide reports graphs statements and recommendations based on analysis.
- Use imagination to develop new insights into situations and apply innovative solutions to problems; design new methods where established methods and procedures are inapplicable or are unavailable.
- Follow internal and/or client procedures and standards.
- May perform field observations construction inspections field testing and data collection as required.
Qualifications:
- Associate or technical degree in CADD Survey Construction Engineering or bachelors degree in engineering technology or construction related fields or equivalent.
- 5 years of experience using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven strength in teamwork proactive problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills.
