We are looking for a/anMachine Tool Technician to join our ServicesAME team in United States.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
Knowledge and understanding of manual machine tools Lathe grinders and CNC
10 years of experience in machine tool repair
Must have the required tools to perform their expected tasks
Must be able to work overtime when be able to use precision measuring instruments
Machinist trade experience is a knowledge is a plus
To succeed in this role you will need:
Observe Company Safety Policy and Procedures; follow and support all STS Safety Policies and ISO Procedures
Have the ability to trouble shoot problem and repair with and inspect machines and submit repairs to Maintenance manager
Complete all documentation if mechanical issues found during inspection to the Maintenance Supervisor
Work closely and clearly communicate with the other departments Mechanical personnel Supervisor and Lead Man
Be on the job site and in your assigned work area at the scheduled work area clean and well organized during all phases of the project
Have/Maintain ability to operate overhead cranes torches tooling and LEAN objectives within the department
Maintain accurate time sheets on a daily company-required training programs
