INVESTMENT FUNDS ASSOCIATE ATTORNEYS
Candidate Profile
- JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic credentials.
- Active Bar Admission in Georgia in good standing.
- 36 years of substantive experience ininvestment managementandfund formation.
- Background in private equity funds hedge funds private credit funds real estate funds hybrid funds and funds utilizing alternative investment strategies is required.
- Soft skills: Strong analytical problem-solving and interpersonal skills with an exceptional attention to detail are essential. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and work well on a team as well as independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent private equity hedge private credit real estate hybrid and other types of funds employing alternative investment strategies.
- Provide support on matters involving retail alternative funds (BDCs interval funds closed-end funds).
- Work closely with a collaborative multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional legal solutions for clients.
- Contribute to the firms expanding investment funds practice directly interacting with clients and supporting business development.
