How Youll Make an Impact
Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to boost safety quality and throughput.
Lead and support capital improvement projects from concept to implementation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement corrective actions.
Support production teams during equipment and process start-ups.
Evaluate and introduce new technologies to improve operational efficiency.
Define and execute CapEx initiatives aligned with strategic goals.
Champion continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies.
Promote a culture of safety and accountability across all operations.
Your Background
Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Work authorization to be employed in the United States.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma and continuous improvement tools.
Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification preferred.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
