Great Basin Staffing LLC is hiring OSP Cable Pullers for two long-term infrastructure projects supporting major fiber optic network installations. About the Projects:

These large-scale deployments will support commercial and industrial fiber optic networks with installation work taking place in outside plant (OSP) environments including both aerial and underground infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pull and install underground and aerial fiber optic cable

• Operate equipment to install conduit innerduct and pull lines

• Read and interpret construction drawings and work orders

• Maintain site safety protocols and ensure jobsite cleanliness

• Work with crews to complete projects on time and to specification

Qualifications:

• Prior experience with OSP cable pulling or utility installation preferred

• Familiarity with fiber optic cable handling conduit placement and related equipment

• Ability to read construction drawings and follow technical instructions

• Strong commitment to safety and jobsite discipline

• Reliable transportation to and from job site

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions
