Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our clients by maintaining repairing and calibrating various equipment in the field. Your mechanical knowledge and ability to read schematics will be essential in diagnosing issues and ensuring optimal performance of our products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in field service with hands-on experience using hand tools and working with computer hardware. Duties Perform on-site installation maintenance and repair of equipment as per OEM specifications. Utilize hand tools and diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively. Read and interpret schematics to understand equipment functionality and identify problems. Maintain accurate records of service activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Calibrate equipment to ensure it meets operational standards and client specifications. Provide technical support and training to clients on proper equipment usage and maintenance procedures. Collaborate with engineering teams to provide feedback on product performance and suggest improvements. Requirements Proven experience in field service engineering or a related technical role. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various types of equipment. Proficiency in reading schematics and technical manuals. Familiarity with OEM guidelines for equipment maintenance and repair. Experience with CMMS software for tracking service activities is preferred. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Valid drivers license and willingness to travel for on-site service calls. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100000.00 - $140000.00 per year Experience: MR & CT modalities: 1 year (Required) GE & Siemens Machine: 1 year (Required) General X-ray machines: 3 years (Required) multi-vendor Cardiovascular/Cath Lab: 1 year (Required) License/Certification: certificate from Philips/GE/Siemens (Preferred)
