Job Summary:
This Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) position involves coordinating patient care within an acute care facility. The role requires collaboration with a case management team floating between various units within a campus and potentially across campuses. The LMSW will work with diverse patient populations and units (e.g. ED ICU ITAs Pediatrics Specialty Units). A minimum of one year of experience is required.

Location: Everett Washington United States
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with a unit of case managers to coordinate patient care.
- Floating to different units within the Colby Campus as needed.
- Potential for floating to the Pacific Campus (1.7 miles away).
- Working with patients in various units including ED ICU ITAs Pediatrics and Specialty Units.
- Completing all required documentation and charting (EPIC system).

Required Skills & Certifications:
- Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) license.
- Minimum of one year of experience.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to float between units.
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems (EPIC).

Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Experience in acute care settings.

Special Considerations:
- Floating between units within a campus is required; floating to a second campus is a possibility.
- Attire is business casual.
- Parking is provided by the facility.
- Pending licenses are accepted. All RTO (Restrictions To Practice) restrictions must be included at the time of submission.
