Tasks
We are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive with a strong background in B2B SaaS sales preferably in the AI space. As a key member of our sales team you will be responsible for managing the full sales cyclefrom prospecting to closingwhile building long-term relationships with enterprise clients across German-speaking markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and close
- Build manage and grow a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities in DACH markets
- Deliver compelling product demos and presentations to C-level and technical stakeholders
- Understand client needs and align them with our AI-driven SaaS solutions
- Collaborate with marketing product and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot)
- Represent the company at industry events webinars and client meetings as needed
Requirements
- 5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience (AI domain preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a consultative sales environment
- Experience in the contact center industry is mandatory
- Strong understanding of the AI and B2B SaaS landscape and enterprise sales cycles
- Native or fluent German speaker (mandatory) with excellent English communication skills
- Experience selling to DACH-region clients is highly preferred
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced high-growth startup environment
- Strong presentation negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce HubSpot or similar
Nice to Have:
- Background in AI automation or conversational technology
- Experience working in cross-functional global teams
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools (e.g. Gong Outreach LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
