Lead Product Support
Location: Mumbai (Only Local Candidates)
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

About the Role:
Are you passionate about application support database management and troubleshooting complex systems Do you have a knack for ensuring high availability optimizing performance and resolving issues efficiently
We are looking for a Lead Product Support professional to take charge of application stability performance monitoring and technical troubleshooting. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced fintech environment collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless application performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support application infrastructure ensuring smooth operations with minimal downtime
Monitor and optimize databases (MS SQL & PostgreSQL) for efficiency and performance
Deploy and manage applications using Docker ensuring containerized environments are optimized
Troubleshoot application issues analyze logs and perform root cause analysis (RCA)
Handle Linux server administration network troubleshooting and ensure security best practices
Work closely with development and IT teams to resolve escalations and improve application architecture
Implement monitoring tools and alert systems for proactive issue resolution
Automate routine tasks using scripting languages like Bash or Python
Ensure high availability and reliability of critical applications
Must-Have Skills:
5 years of experience in application support and database management
Strong proficiency in MS SQL & PostgreSQL
Hands-on experience with Docker for application deployment
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Understanding of application architecture and system performance tuning
Knowledge of Linux server administration & network architecture
Good-to-Have Skills:
Experience with monitoring tools for performance tracking and alerting
Familiarity with scripting languages (Bash Python) for automation
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Enhance application performance through proactive monitoring and optimization
Minimize downtime and ensure quick resolution of technical issues
Perform effective root cause analysis (RCA) and communicate solutions efficiently
Collaborate effectively with development IT and business teams to drive improvements
