The TGT Hindi (Trained Graduate Teacher in Hindi) plays a pivotal role in fostering students understanding and appreciation of the Hindi language and its literature. Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Hindi Education or a related field.
- Teaching certification for Secondary Level (TGT).
- Proven experience teaching Hindi to secondary school students.
- Strong command of spoken and written Hindi.
- Knowledge of Hindi literature culture and history.
- Experience with classroom management strategies.
- Familiarity with various teaching methodologies and assessment tools.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with students and parents.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and training.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
