Job Description
Job Title: Developer
Location: Bangalore (On-site)
Employment Type: Full-time Permanent
Experience Required: 3 Years
Annual CTC: 10 - 12 LPA

About the Role
We are on the hunt for a Rockstar Developer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building scalable back-end systems. If youre a tech-savvy problem-solver who loves to experiment with cutting-edge tools and frameworks we want to meet you!
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the full application lifecycle: design development testing deployment and maintenance.
- Develop and maintain robust REST APIs and back-end logic.
- Collaborate with front-end and mobile developers to integrate user-facing elements.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications for optimal performance.
- Write clean secure and efficient code with proper documentation and unit testing.
- Work closely with DevOps to manage AWS infrastructure (EC2 S3 RDS).
- Optimize applications for scalability and performance.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical support to internal teams.
- Keep up with emerging technologies to modernize legacy applications.
- Create secure web services using JSON XML and RESTful APIs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in back-end development.
- Strong command over:
- JavaScript ES6
- MongoDB MySQL
- REST APIs GraphQL Restify
- AWS Services: EC2 RDS S3 CloudFront SES
- Dev Tools: Git Bootstrap Grunt Babel Webpack
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/Hudson) version control systems (Git/SVN).
- Solid understanding of web development best practices system architecture and security protocols.
- Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Team-oriented with a growth mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
