Job Description
- Conduct thorough medical examinations and assessments of patients.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
- Interpret diagnostic tests and imaging results to guide treatment approaches.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Provide patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention.

- Contribute to medical research and publish findings in relevant journals.
- Lead and participate in medical education activities and training sessions.
- Address patient complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Adhere to hospital policies and protocols to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Assist in the management of medical emergencies and critical care situations.
- Promote health initiatives and preventive care strategies within the community.
- MD or DNB in General Medicine from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical license to practice in Rajasthan.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in general medicine.
- Strong understanding of patient care standards and practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience in coordinating patient care with various departments.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records and other healthcare technologies.
- Commitment to keeping abreast of medical advancements and updates.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills for patient assessment.
- Empathetic approach to patient care with cultural competence.
- Skills in time management and organization in a busy clinical environment.
- Demonstrated ability to handle stressful situations with poise.
- Willingness to participate in community health initiatives.
- Fluency in both Hindi and English is preferred.
