Job Description
Senior Cloud Data Architect
Good knowledge of GCP landscape Medallion architecture GCP BigQuery Hive and Cloud Composer
Has hands-on implementation of data model migration data migration to GCP from on-prem Teradata Cloudera and data transformations using BigQuery SQL
Experienced in standard conversion patterns (e.g. pushdown optimization partitioning strategies staging layer design).
Experienced in modular reusable GCP BigQuery pipeline design and patterns across use cases.
Experience in mapping of legacy Informatica workflows and Teradata BTEQ scripts to BigQuery SQL and SQL-based ELT patterns desirable.
Experience in migration of Control-M scripts to Cloud Composer desirable
Experience in building dashboard/reports using industry standard tools and resolving compatibility of BigQuery datatype issues with QlikSense
Debugging and issue resolution skills
