Weyerhaeusers Lumber Mill in Plymouth NC is accepting applications for Entry Level Production Associates. We are seeking individuals who desire to work in a market-focused lumber manufacturing facility while maintaining a positive attitude and good work ethic.
Starting pay for the position is $16.75 per hour.
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Solid work history and be totally committed to safety
Minimum one year of industrial and manufacturing experience preferred
Must be available to work all shifts
Must be willing to flow to work across job boundaries
Willingness and ability to learn new jobs and skills
Excellent listening and communication skills
Ability to demonstrate open honest and regular exchange of information and treat all employees with respect and dignity
Must be team oriented; puts teams needs ahead of individual interests accept personal accountability for teams plans and results work to develop trust and respect; take initiative and solve issues
