Technical Product Leader / Solutions Architect

Position Summary
Were looking for a dynamic leader who thrives in high-impact environments to oversee technical product strategy and enterprise software delivery. This individual should have a hybrid background in software architecture engineering leadership and cross-functional product development. The role demands strategic oversight of large-scale systems team management and direct engagement with executive stakeholders to turn business challenges into scalable technology.

Primary Responsibilities

Solution Design & Systems Architecture

• Lead the design and development of robust cloud-native software platforms leveraging a variety of modern frameworks and infrastructure paradigms (e.g. microservices distributed systems and emerging technologies like blockchain)

• Define system-level architecture roadmaps that align with long-term business objectives and user needs

• Integrate security as a core component of design and operational practices including modern DevSecOps workflows

• Create high-reliability connections between internal systems and external services via third-party APIs

Product Development & Delivery Oversight

• Own the product lifecycle across multiple initiatives from early discovery to launch and post-release iteration

• Translate abstract ideas into detailed engineering requirements and structured delivery plans

• Utilize Agile Waterfall or hybrid methodologies as needed to manage timelines resources and stakeholder expectations

• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to align priorities and define product direction

Engineering Team Leadership

• Build and manage cross-functional teams composed of engineers architects and technical leads often working in distributed environments

• Define coding standards deployment practices and documentation protocols to ensure excellence at scale

• Recruit top talent conduct senior-level technical interviews and foster an environment that supports mentorship and growth

• Promote continuous delivery innovation and accountability across all levels

Stakeholder Engagement & Business Strategy

• Serve as a technical liaison to internal executives external clients investors and partners

• Contribute to pre-sales conversations solution architecture proposals and technical presentations

• Align product execution with client expectations revenue targets and long-term value generation

• Identify opportunities to leverage technology as a differentiator in competitive markets

Core Qualifications

Experience & Impact

• Over a decade in software development with half in team or technical leadership positions

• Experience designing and launching high-performing products with multi-million-dollar ARR outcomes

• Familiarity with consulting or services organizations including contract negotiations and client management

• Delivered across a variety of verticals including regulated industries and enterprise-scale environments

Technical Proficiency

• Cloud ecosystems: AWS (expert level) with exposure to GCP and Azure

• Systems: Containerization (Docker Kubernetes) infrastructure automation serverless computing

• Security: Modern authentication (OAuth PKI) secure system design threat modeling

• Languages/Frameworks: Python JavaScript/ React Django

• DevOps: CI/CD tools observability frameworks automated QA and rollback systems

• Niche: Familiarity with blockchain stacks (e.g. Hyperledger) identity and access systems ERP integrations

Project Leadership

• Formal or equivalent Agile/Scrum certification

• Skilled in common delivery tools such as Jira Confluence and other productivity platforms

• Able to concurrently run multiple seven-figure projects with tight delivery schedules

• Versatile across both lean startup cultures and complex enterprise environments

Preferred Background

• Exposure to decentralized identity standards and credentialing systems

• Knowledge of ethical hacking or security auditing

• Previous contributions to open-source software

• Experience in compliance-heavy sectors or government tech delivery

• Degree in a technical or analytical field (e.g. CS MIS EE)
