Job Description
This is a salary exempt role.
Position Summary:
A demanding and high profile position supporting Senior/Principal flavorists in the NA Flavor creation department
Job Description:
- Compounding flavors including liquids & emulsions liquids for drying
- Drying flavors in the spray dryer
- Compounding flavors
- Lab Maintenance and raw materials maintenance.
- Modify existing flavors to suit customer taste profiles and/or legal requirements
- Uploading and maintenance of formulas
- Collaborate with sales & provide support for customer presentations preparing samples working with PD & A and Marketing.
- Work with the technical flavorist team to resolve/replace problematic materials in formulas and maintain integrity of the profile
- Flavor Administration
- Competent in learning all global systems and electronic notebooks including RDSAP WILDWARE LEAD CRM.
- Follows basic GMP ISO procedures GLP GFP safety lab notebooks and or other electronic record keeping tools
- Science Degree or higher (chemistry /Food Science preferred) at a reputable educational establishment
- At least >2 laboratory experience ability with recognized Flavor House
- Highly developed project management skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel PPT WORD etc.)

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location job-related knowledge skills and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired employees will be in an at-will position and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time including for reasons related to individual performance Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
