Job Description
This is a full-time hourly position in our ADM Mankato Oil Refinery.
Position Summary:
We are looking for an individual ready to take on challenges and responsibilities at our Mankato Oil Refinery.
Job Responsibilities:
- Potential assignments may include but are not limited to:
- Sanitation and cleanup duties
Loading product into tanker trucks and railcars for delivery - Will involve climbing railcars and tankers
- Perform railcar washes
To be considered for an opportunity candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Commitment to ADMs goal of achieving a zero injury culture; understand and follow company safety procedures
- Exhibit regular and prompt attendance
- Able to meet physical requirements of the position including but not limited to: prolonged periods of standing and sitting working in confined spaces and from heights bending kneeling climbing stairs and ladders working in a variety of conditions (heat cold dust etc) lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
- Willing to work overtime weekends holidays swing/rotating shifts if needed
- Demonstrate initiative to work independently while flexible enough to work in team setting when needed
- Exhibit a professional image at all times; maintain a positive and respectful attitude
- Knowledge of pumps blend tanks boilers and silos would be helpful mechanical ability needed
- Previous experience operating a computer is preferred

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location job-related knowledge skills and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired employees will be in an at-will position and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time including for reasons related to individual performance Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
