Job Description
MuleSoft Lead Developer
Location: Remote EST
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of scalable and reusable MuleSoft APIs and integrations.
- Collaborate with architects business analysts and stakeholders to gather integration requirements.
- Define and enforce MuleSoft development best practices and coding standards.
- Manage the full API lifecycle: design development deployment monitoring and versioning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Guide and mentor a team of MuleSoft developers conducting code reviews and technical training.
- Ensure compliance with security governance and data privacy standards.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and estimation.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- 5 years of experience in integration development with at least 3 years in MuleSoft.
- MuleSoft Certified Developer (Level 1 or 2) and/or MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect preferred.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs RAML JSON XML and SOAP.
- Experience with Anypoint Studio API Manager Runtime Manager and DataWeave.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines Git Jenkins and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP) and containerization (Docker Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving communication and leadership skills.
