HireNow Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a respected healthcare facility in Hartford CT. Position Overview:
In this role youll support physicians in delivering exceptional medical care to patients. You will play a critical part in assessments treatment planning care coordination and follow-up services helping ensure optimal outcomes in a compassionate setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct physical assessments review patient histories and develop care plans

Administer treatments medications and procedures as prescribed

Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams

Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment plans

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
Qualifications:

Active RN license or certified Physician Assistant license in the state of Connecticut

At least 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting

Strong communication and clinical judgment skills

Commitment to providing high-quality patient-centered care

BLS/ACLS certification preferred
